You need:
- 2 avocados
- Hot Salsa
- Lemon juice
- Salt
Peel skin off avocados. Cut in half with a knife and remove that enormous seed.
Mash the avocados until well-blended. It’s definitely okay to still have some chunks in there.
Pour 1/2 cup to 1 cup of salsa into avocado blend. Mix well.
Add salt and lemon juice to taste.
Cover and put in fridge for 1 hour to let the flavors settle.
Most often enjoyed as a tortilla chip dip. You might not believe me but it is even better dip for cauliflower!
