I do not, however, love Fried Chicken.

This videos show new technology wherein which a prosthetic hand is able to work in sync with the brain and recreate the sensation of sensation. The patient is able to consciously experience the sensation of touch through the prosthetic hand.

I get far too much joy from watching people do stupid stuff like take a flaming shot, catch their pantleg on fire, then dance around screaming while trying to put the flames out.

Dawkins making a bold invitation – or maybe challenge is a better word – for atheists to come out of the closet and promote their position of atheism.

Michael Shermer, a well known skeptic and atheist, in a talk where he “shows how we convince ourselves to believe — and overlook the facts.”

Brilliant.

Pretty thought provoking.

Number two, IMO, is by far the most worthy question – and that is Why is there Something Instead of Nothing?

Note though that answering this with the conclusion that God exists has absolutely no bearing whatsover on whether or not anything from the Christian Bible is true or false. If a) Because There is Something Instead of Nothing, leads to B) Therefore, God exists, then C does not follow, i.e. C being any of the following: God is Jesus, God is a personal god, God commands the death of entire villages and peoples, or that God is love.

Just sayin.

Nevertheless, this question sometimes keeps me up at night.
